SNAPCHAT IS BEING SUED FOR ALLEGEDLY EXPOSING MINORS TO SEXUALLY EXPLICIT CONTENT

A class-action lawsuit, which was filed on behalf of a 14-year-old boy in Los Angeles and his mom has claimed that the Venice tech firm is “currently engaged in an insidious pattern and practice of intentionally exposing minors to harmful, offensive, prurient, and sexually offensive content.”

A Federal High Court sitting in Ekiti has refused an application to unfreeze Gov. Fayose bank accounts and also summoned the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission to appear before it on July 4 to explain why it should not unfreeze Governor Ayodele Fayose’s account with Zenith Bank.

Court orders Governor Ikpeazu Of Abia State Removed From Office Over Fake Tax Clearance

A Federal High Court in Abuja has ordered the Governor of Abia State, Okezie Ikpeazu, to vacate office immediately for submitting false information to his party, the Peoples Democratic Party, for the party’s governorship primary in December 2014.

Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court in Abuja asked the Independent National Electoral Commission of Nigeria to cede the certificate of return to his opponent Uche Ogah, who polled the second highest number of votes in the primary.

Zenith Bank officials kneel, beg Fayose

Hundreds of Nigerians today expressed shock after pictures surfaced online showing officials of Zenith bank kneeling down before Ekiti State Governor Ayodele Fayose.


A man alleged to be the branch Manager of one of the Zenith bank branches in Ekiti state was pictured kneeling and begging Ekiti State governor, Ayodele.
He knelt before the governor when a team from the bank went to pay a visit to the governor following media reports that the bank denied its involvement in the funding of his 2014 gubernatorial election.

Britons filed into polling stations across the United Kingdom on Thursday to vote on the referendum that decided whether or not the UK will remain a member of the European Union.

Sheriff - Factional PDP chairman cancels party’s primaries in Edo

Factional Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) ChairmanAli Modu Sheriff has cancelled the primary elections which held in Edo State after describing them as illegal.

The faction of the party led by a former Governor of Kaduna State, Sen. Ahmed Makarfi, conducted the primaries on Saturday, June 18, 2016 which produced Pastor Ize-Iyamu as the party’s candidate.


In a statement on Tuesday, Sheriff urged members of the party nationwide, especially in Edo State, to disregard the primary.
